All returned or exchanged items must have a Return Material Authorization Number from Jetskicoverkingdom. Please contact Jetskicoverkingdom for an RMA Number before shipping any item back to us. Returns are not accepted without an RMA Number, and they will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Jetskicoverkingdom will refund full payment of defective or incorrect products within 15 days of delivery. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply on some custom-made items (contact us for current policy). Customers who refuse any product delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee PLUS any associated shipping costs due on a returned product. Returned products must be in like new, restockable condition, meaning no wear, marks, dirt, or damage. All returns will be inspected by the product suppliers before a refund is issued. Please allow 10-12 business days for refund processing, once the products is received by our warehouse. Refunds will be made to the original order payment method.
All sales are final 15 days after the UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery date.

We will exchange your Covercraft cover or accessory product with another product of equal or greater value if not satisfied, within 14 days of your original delivery date by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will only pay the price difference (if any), PLUS additional shipping costs.

If you have a warraty issue, please contact Jetskicoverkingdom directly for assistance. We will assist you in accordance with the specific product's warranty requirements and claim validation. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for warranty replacements.
